MarV handles allows for 3 grip positions: channel grip, vertical grip and stirrup grip. Use handles to facilitate exercising with exercise tubing or as an over door pulley. Set the length and control the range of motion. Switch out tubing for different resistance levels. Holds most tubing. Tubing and resistance bands are sold separately.
