This Kit converts your Bells in to a Hydro Tone Barbell System: Maximum Resistance with Detachable Bells. The Hydro Tone Barbell provides roughly twice the resistance of the Aquastrength Barbell. Making this a serious tool for strength training. It is recommended for stronger individuals or those simply wanting the highest resistance at any tempo. The Hydro-Bells can be removed via the quick release buttons for individual bell use. This is not a feature found on the Aquastrength Barbell.
