The Multi Bicep / Tricep is a compact multi-function design that allows you to do that perfect bicep curl or tricep pushback. There is a total of five unique seating positions that make the machine accessible to nearly everyone. It comes with full steel shrouds with a powder and clear coated mar resistant lustrous finish. It also comes with a standard 150 lb. weight stack that increases by 10 lb. increments.
