The Multi AB / Back pad is a compact multi-function design that allows you to do abdominal exercises. The AB/Back pad, foot brace and seat are adjustable to accommodate a wide range of users. It comes with full steel shrouds and a clear coated mar resistant lustrous finish. It also comes with a standard 200 lb. weight stack that can upgrade by 50 lbs. up to 300 lbs.
