The Bio-Flex™ footbeds improve foot and ankle circulation while the pedal movement simulates uneven surface to recruit stabilizing muscles. This bi-directional exercise machine provides a true-to-life, natural walking motion as well as optimizes torso rotation and core muscle recruitment for a weight-bearing total body workout. The easy entry package includes medical handrails and step-up platform with a 50% lower step-up height than the standard SciFit® Elliptical Total Body.
