The SciFit PRO1 Sport Standing Upper Body Exerciser is a versatile ground based training rotary device. It can be used with one arm or two to help improve strength and cardio. The adjustable cranks cans be rotated either forwards or backwards and is ideal with a stability ball or disk. There is no seat included, standing is necessary in order to use this device.
